How do I stop location access request dialog?

[AC Question]

My HTC One M8 is running Android 6.0. It keeps popping up a dialog saying "In a previous version of Android, you turned off access to your location for all Google apps. Turn it back on?"

The only two options are "Not Now" or "Yes".

Is there any way that I can use my phone without having to provide access to my location and prevent this dialog from constantly popping up?

Welcome to Android Central! If you answer yes to that, and then immediately go to Settings>Location to turn off Location again, does the reminder come back afterwards?
