How do I stop play store from randomly opening? I've already uninstalled and received credit for BK

I first installed the "free" version and the "paid" version of BK Package Disabler to disable software and bloatware on my Galaxy S7. After doing so the Play Store app opens when I wake up and restart my phone. I uninstalled the free version and still my phone is effected. I contacted Google for reimbursement for the paid version and was granted it and Goolgle took out the paid version. Yet, my phone is STILL effected.
This is so annoying! Play store opens a new app offer for me to install. I either have to back out of play store or hut my middle button ti get out.
PLEASE HELP. Do I need to install a virus check app?

Just wondering if you followed the correct procedure to uninstall. From the Play Store listing,

How to uninstall:
- Run this app, select Menu (at top-right corner) and click on Uninstall this app to uninstall
- In other way, Go Setting -> Security -> deactivate Device Administrator permission of this app before uninstall normally

If not, you might want to reinstall, then follow the procedure above to remove once again.
