How do i stop provocative numbers from messaging me on Go SMS Pro?

I will receive a message from one of this provocative numbers pretty much weekly. How do I stop these messages? I'm really tired of this messages. Thank you in advance for any advice given to me!

Just contact your mobile network operator and they will tell you what are the conditions to block someones number.
