How do I stop this annoying music playback error?

Annoying music playback error

I have a One plus One phone for over a week now and it's full of bugs but the most annoying one I get is a music playback error. It appears at least once every two hours even though I don't have any music on the phone and I never play music on my phone anyway. How do I stop this error from popping up so often?

I tried contacting customer service but the One plus website doesn't allow me to access the support section for some reason and their forum only allows users to start a thread if they have a minimum number of replies!

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select the music player, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. If that doesn't work, try booting into Safe Mode and see if the problem persists: ​How to Boot the OnePlus One into Safe Mode - Android Explained
