How do I stop this wifi connection loop?

Wifi Connection Loop

My wifi is constantly connecting and disconnecting to a network. Once connected even if signal is strong it says waiting until stronger connection then disconnects right after only to scan and reconnect to the network again and wait for stronger signal in a loop over and over basically leaving me with a constant lack of connection. I dont want to just turn the wifi off and use up data while in wifi range. Ive tried dailing *#0011# to open a menu and then turned off a button under wifi and that seemed to work at first but the following day the looping of connecting and disconnecting happened again. This time i temporarily stopped it by turning smart network switch off in the settings while in range of a network but i move in and out of networks all day and im having to repeatedly turn smart switch off and wifi on when i walk into a network and reverse it when i leave a network. Is there any way that i can fix this wifi issue without having to change smart switch and wont just be temporary? Samsung Galaxy S5.

You need to keep smart switch off for now.
