How do I stop volume limit warning on galaxy 8?

When I connect Galaxy 8 to another audio device via bluetooth or aux cord, I am always given "listening to high volume..." warning. I have volume limiter turned OFF in sound/volume settings. This pop up is very annoying, inconvenient, and another disappointing feature of Galaxy 8.
