How do I sync with outlook

This is my first android, I am coming over from a BB. How do I sync up with outlook so I can get all my contacts??

Will it also sync with my email account settings?

I used Kies from Samsung to sync Contacts and Calendar with Outlook. Worked great. No dupes.

Is that Kies air? or do I plug the phone into the computer with usb? I want to use usb.

I simply used a USB to plug it in. Avoids any potential connection issues. I used google to find the download. Navigating the Samsung site was a huge hassle and I still didn't find it. After I did the install there was an update when I first opened the program.

Is your email through work? Do they have Exchange? If so you can use the mail app and set it up for Exchange (Assuming your work allows you to do so).
