It completely depends upon the device you are using.
It isn't the same on all Samsung devices considering that there are so many different button placements, etc.

depends on the device ,in most devices it is done by one of the 2 following methods:

1-pressing Power Button & Home Button together for a few seconds

2-pressing Power Button & Volume Down Button together for a few seconds
