How to take off safe mode on samsung galaxy s4 minni phone

My phone is a Samsung galaxy s4 mini and the safe mode is on and I took out the battery and chip for 10 minutes, and its still on the screen, I restarted my phone atleast 7 times and its still on, How do I take it off?

Hmmm, it should indeed return to normal mode with a Power Off and Restart. Try booting into Recovery and doing a Cache Partition wipe.
