how do I take the pictures off of my music covers?

Everyone of my pictures that have been Bluetoothed to me has pictures of someone that has been sent to me on my phone in different ways..i even tried to find and delete the picture... Did not have them or can't find them. How do i change that picture that is on the cover of my music.
