How do I transfer MP4 from Samsung Galaxy Core to PC

When I connect my phone to my PC I cannot find any of my.mp4 files on my phone" so I cannot transfer them to. Samsung Kies did not help.

If your pc can see the phone Windows Explorer can be used to search for files. Just enter *.mp4 in the dropdown search box
