how do i transfer my music from my old moto g phone to my nexus 5 ?

I have all my music on the moto g phone but since I am no longer using it I wanted to transfer all my music to my nexus 5 phone but I don't know how to do that pls help!!

Welcome to Android Central! If it's locally saved on the phone (as opposed to being saved to your Google Play Music cloud), then connect the phone to your computer via USB, and use Windows Explorer to copy all of the music to the hard drive. Now connect the Nexus 5 to the computer via USB, and use Windows Explorer to copy the music to the new phone. Use the Copy function, not the Move function, since the latter deletes the original files. This can be a problem if you find out later that there was a problem with the file transfer.

If you want to transfer the locally stored files directly, use any app for file sharing. I will recommend you to use CM transfer, install that on both phones and tranfer the music.
