How do I transfer pics from file manager back into gallery?

They're all on my SD Card but I can't upload to any sites,useless now.I don't know how or why they ended up in there when I have plenty of space.

Hi, you might have the SD card set up as a default so all your pictures taken go directly to the card? if you download a file manager from the play store, locate the images in the SD card, cut and paste them and put them in the DCIM folder, that should make them visible in the gallery app.

Or you could perform the above, by connecting the phone to a PC and dragging the images that way?
