How do I turn Blinkfeed On? EVO 4G LTE

I installed the new update to 4.3 & Sense 5 on my EVO 4G LTE and I saw a notification to set up Blinkfeed but I accidentally cleared out the notification. Now I can't figure out how to turn it on. Any ideas?
