How do i turn off an alarm that i cant find?

So I randomly saw an alarm that I don't remember setting. I went to the clock app and I could not find the alarm. I restarted my phone and it was still there. I even went as far as to clear the apps cache and disabled the app but the alarm was still there. I also don't have another app that can set alarms

Which device?
Try couple things
Go in safe mode see if it still happening, if not one of your 3rd party apps are responsible, try turning notifications off for chrome , to do that long press chrome>tap info>notifications>turn off
