how do i turn off auto-tap setting on my s7 edge

[Android Central Question]

i accidentally put my phone in an accessibility mode "auto-tap" i believe it's called. now i can not get in to my phone it just keeps bringing up an auto tap menu and has a mind of its own. it will open the menu shut it then go to the turn off or restart screen. all while i cant choose anything by tapping the screen with one nor 2 fingers. i would like to avoid factory reset due to my lack of backing up all my important files. please helppppppp i cant even access my files on a computer because i cant hit the allow button on my phone screen.
