how do i turn off the "guessing words" at the top while texting on my s6 edge plus?

I don't know what you call it. It's when you text someone and the words that the phone thinks you are going to type pop up at the top of the keyboard on your phone. how do I turn that option off?

It depends which keyboard you are using. In the Google Keyboard, for example, you enter the keyboard settings, choose text correction, and turn off "suggestions".
