How do I turn off the shortcut circle from the bottom right corner of my galaxy s7 ?

Bottom right hand corner is some annoying shortcut settings wheel. I hate it

My wife and I have the same issue, and she has an LG V20 (I have an s7). I saw another thread on this forum that discussed this issue, but none of the solutions worked (I think everyone was posting solutions for a different, but similar issue, even though there was a screen shot of the circle menu).
