Turned on Voice assistance for disabled. can not get it turned off.
Went into Android HTC One 8 settings. Went to make some adjustments and turned on auto voice commands under a section designed to assist the disabled. Now, everything that changes or I touch is announced by voice. When I go back into setting, it will not allow me to scroll down past first screen page in setting to get the link where I go into turning off this crazy voice commend function. How do I get the screen to scroll down after first screen comes up. Keeps repeating the name of the link I am on at the bottom of screen. The finger pull down function does not work. Help...I hear voices in my head ever few seconds.........uggghh!
