Nexxus 6p running Android 8.0 Oreo. Is there an option for wifi calling?

Did you have WiFi calling prior to Oreo? If not, you won't magically have it. If your carrier supports WiFi calling on that model, you should have an option to enable it in your dialer (Phone app) settings.
