how do i turn the command center app on in a droid razor smart phone?

The app has been force stopped and i cannot get it back on...

Does the problem persist after a reboot? What happens if you tap or long press on the widget? If nothing works you could try clearing cache in settings - storage and then reboot the phone. Tell us how it goes.
