How do I turn the internet on my Sony Xperia Z3 D6633 Model LTE?

Sony Xperia Z3 D6633 Model Help with LTE

Let me start by saying that I have looked at other threads, but none address my issue. I have the d6633 model which should work with T-Mobile in the USA. To connect to the internet (attempt to), I went to settings, wireless & networks and clicked on the internet settings button. It installed and then I had an APN called T-Mobile Data show up in the Access Point Names button. Look on my phone and the bars say I have LTE. I go to use the internet or send a message and I can't I have no Idea why. Can anyone help?

Did you ever get this solved?
Make sure the APN is correct, also the MMSC
Once entered exit, then go back to settings and press "more" under wireless&networks
Then at the bottom download music and Internet settings
Tmobile should be an option on the little window that pops up, click it and let it download
