How do i un-root??

i am on the original auto nooter 1.0.1 root. i havent messed with anything else as of late as i was waiting for honeycomb and such to come out. i just want to get it back to stock unrooted, then update it to the new B&N version...and then root again with either froyo or HC, not sure yet.

EDIT: found the directions on xda....i am completely 100% stock on the 1.01 update...not 1.1.
