How do i unhide a hidden app (icon) on an LG Phoenix 2?

When I first got the phone, I removed the preinstalled voice recorder icon from the screen, thinking it would still be in the app drawer, but when I needed to use it and went to app drawer, it wasn't there. I went to the apps in settings, and I see that the app is there... How do I bring the icon back to the screen?
