How do I uninstall emoji phone from my LG phone?

I tried to uninstall it and now the icon is gone. Do not see it in security option. I tried to go to the play store and there was no option to uninstall it.

Your question isn't quite clear. If you uninstall something, the icon is uninstalled too.

The Play store doesn't uninstall apps, it only installs them. Settings/Apps uninstalls them.

The play store does give the option to uninstall an app. If that option isn't in the app description, then it isn't installed (obviously this means you'd see the INSTALL option instead).

So we need more clarification from the OP. Did you try uninstalling this and still have issues? I'm not familiar with the app, but maybe this thread can help you.

This app totally hijacked my Mom's phone. Go into settings, then apps. Scroll down until you find the emoji phone app. Click on it. Clear cache. Clear data. Then, uninstall.
