AC Question

So, ever since the latest update that was rolled out a few days/weeks ago, my phone (s6 edge+) is acting up in various ways. Apps are crashing, the interface is a complete mess, and I want to get rid of this ****. I can't even use the one app I use the most, SPOTIFY. And no, this is not related to Spotify itself. It started happening right after the recent update.

So my question is simply, how do I go about reinstalling the latest update, or at a minimum get Spotify to work (it keeps on crashing)?

Thank you!

What OS do you have? You say latest but is that nougat 7.0 or 7.0.1 or marshmallow 6.01 etc

have you updated the app store? have you updated all your apps? play around with the performance mode feature.

I have the same issue... I HATE that stupid update! It messed up so much of personalization on my phone and now it won't even allow change font back to (my fav.) chooko cooky that was reset to "boring" after that dumb update. I never thought that a mandatory update could possibly mess my phone like that, in SO many ways! I am so pissed that I want to cry. I would be so happy to be able to get rid of that update!
