How do I unlock the applock without using a pattern without losing my data

I have forgotten my pascode on the applock and it keeps asking for my gmail but the problem is it needs to goto applock to get the information is there anyway round this as I don't want to use factory reset cause I don't want to lose my data as I havant back it up

Once open the page Forgot Password, you can put a email there.
