How To Unlock the HTC Droid DNA from Verizon?

Supossedly all the HTC Droid DNAs are unlock, but mine isn't. the first time that i try putting on GSM it worked, i powered the phone off and then reseted it to it's original settings, and it stop working on GSM, Im tying to use with T-Mobile, but whenever i put the SIM card in it says "Non-Verizon SIM card" and it doesn't work. i will appreciate it so much if somebody could help me. Thanks

I'm not sure because I'm not with Verizon, but I think you can call them and ask for the unlocking code.

Sprint does it as long as you're in good standing with them.

ohh im not sure about that, but anyways i never had Verizon, i bought it from a friend.. but im pretty sure is not reported..

Only the person who still has the phone on an active account can get the unlock code from the carrier. IOW your friend before he took the phone off his account.

Now you'll have to go to eBay and look for people selling unlocking codes.

yeah but i dont think thats the problem because supossedly all The HTC Droid DNA are unlocked, and it worked before, and as long as im concern when you unlock a phone i can't be locked again.

If the phone accepts the SIM card it's unlocked (or locked to that carrier). If it rejects a working SIM card, it's SIM-locked. (It should ask for the unlock code.)

If it's unlocked and just refuses to work with a known-good card, there could be something wrong with the phone. (Make sure the card works with other Droid DNAs.)

Yeah, i think that it just need to be unlock... but what is weird is that i have done some research and they said every HTC Droid DNA is supossed to be unlocked... Thanks anyways
