How do I Unroot my Galaxy Note 2 so that I can update it?

I recently heard about the new update to T-Mobile Galaxy Note 2 phones, but I can't seem to update it because every time that I try I receive the error message "Your device has been modified. Software u[dates are not available". Every answer that I search for talks about factory resetting the phone. is there anyway to Unroot this phone and upgrade it without having to wipe all of my data? The phone won;t let me transfer any of my apps to my SD card, so it would be a painful process trying to reinstall everything.

When I try to install SuperSu from google play it says " There is no Su binary installed, and SuperSu cannot install it. This is a problem!".

I have no idea what I have done and I have no idea how to fix it.

Google galaxynote2root on YouTube or online. I use his site downloads & roms for Tmobile. Or qbking77 also YouTube or google online for sprint note 2.

Use ODIN to flash a factory firmware. You might also need to flash the factory recovery.
