how do I update HTC ONE m8 firmware to 4.16.401.10 ?

My HTC ONE M8 is an European model, no specific carrier. I'm S-ON. If necessary how to get S-OFF without sunshine?

As far as S-Off without sunshine, I am not sure there is an alternative. Will sunshine not work for you?

No it does not. Sunshine says, that I have no internet, while I clearly have a connection.

Maybe I can update my firmware without being S-OFF? I want to install Maximus HD rom 11, but after instaling the ROM, my WiFi is not working.
