How do I update Ice cream Sandwitch phone?

I have a Spice Stellar phone running Ice cream Sandwitch. Is there any way to update it to Jelly bean ? It has 16 GB internal memory.I am from India.

Not unless there is an official update to your device or someone has come up with an updated ROM for that device (which would need you to root it and install said ROM).
