How do i update my prl on my phone

When im out i cant go on internet which is normal cause this phone is off use it for games and u tube now i keep getting it at home where i have wifi abd am connected the message says error mip 67 then dismiss instructions say to update the prl on the phone how do i do that

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone and carrier are you using? Have you asked your carrier about this? Updating the PRL is done at the carrier level.
