I would like to upload NFL mobile app, I don't like it and I don't use the app.

What do you mean by uploading? Do you mean removing the app? If that's the case, go to Settings > Apps/Application manager and look for it. If you don't see it under "Downloaded", then swipe to the left until you reach "All". Tap the app, and choose "Uninstall" or "Disable".
