How do I use Knox

My colleague at work showed me Knox on his Note 2 and wanted to know how I transfer the files to Knox and have it encrypted. I am using a MacBook and have 64gb external storage.

Never did...tired googling and there doesn't seem to be much help..

I don't know if you can transfer tho, I never tried it yet.
Do you need that for work?
You could call Samsung and ask them.

Don't require it for work but rather personal. My colleague at work showed me on his note 2 how he has his personal stuff on the Knox which requires a password to access it and regular stuff outside of Knox

I tried to move a file over knox and I wasn't able

Lets say I left Knox alone. I am using Dropbox now and it seems to be doing what I wanted Knox to do..
