How do I use Live TV in Plex?

Does anyone know how to actually use live TV in Plex on the ShieldTV v5.2? Supposedly this is something the Shield TV version of Plex is supposed to be able to do, but there is no option that I can see anywhere in the app that would allow me to do it.

I can use the Live TV for android app... but that's not Plex

Go to your account on plex.tv and continue with setup in Settings. There's no way to do it from the app.
