Turn off predictive text on my Nexus 4 its so annoying..

I don't have a nexus 4 yet but this how it is done on my phone, hopefully its a help
language & keyboard - touch input - text input - predict

Settings - Languages & Input - Tap the icon next to the Android keyboard - Scroll to Auto Correction - Click to change from the default of Modest to Off.
