How do we get a video from a Galaxy S4 to an iPad OR MacBook Air device?!

We're trying to send a video file to a MacBook Air and it won't send. We've also tried sending it to an iPad, even with the app File Transfer.

Welcome to Android Central! When you say send, do you mean you're trying to transfer via Bluetooth? Have you tried connecting via USB and using Android File Transfer on your Mac?
