How do you add custom notification tones

How do you add custom notification tones for text messaging and emails. I'm having a hard time figuring that one out

I believe you add the file to your notifications folder in your phone files. Or download an app. Unless you mean different tones for different contacts? In that case I'm right there with you lol. I only see an option to customize for when they call which you change in contacts. Haven't tested it out if it sets it for calls and texts, it might

This one is driving me nutts. Just got a new Note10 thru ATT. Trying to set notifications and ringtones. Moved all my custom ringtones and notifications to Internal Storage/ Ringtone or Notification. None of them show up even after reboot. All the notifications and ringtones that are available are in the System/Media/Audio/Notification or Ringtone. However I cant copy to that file. WTH ??
Any thoughts or ideas ???

I just want an app that will allow different vibration patterns for different app notifications, on the watch.
Even just for the text message app would be enough.
That's the one thing Wear OS has over Tizen. With Tizen, every notification feels the same. I like to know if it's a text, because anything else can wait longer.
