How do you add/delete apps on watch?

I just got the ZW2 Saturday and got everything set up fine, but I'm confused as to how to add/delete apps that show up on the watch. Meaning when I set the watch for the first time, it loaded a Lowes app, I don't want the watch version of the app on my watch. It also has stuff like Jawbone etc that I don't want showing up. Also I may have apps I prefer to show up on the watch.

So how do I add/delete apps? I've gone to the ZW Manager on my Zenfone and see nothing. I've gone to Android Wear app and can't find any editing tools.

So where do I go to edit apps?

You don't.

you cannot delete an app that is on your phone from the watch only. It's either all or nothing unfortunately. As far as jawbone and wellness and I believe a few others, they are system apps on the watch and cannot be deleted regardless of whether you have them installed on your phone or not. You can install an app called wear manager (or something to that effect) to see your different apps on the phone vs. The watch and which are system apps and a few other bits of info, but you cannot delete apps on the watch only.
