A bit late to this thread, but I am trying to do the same thing.
I have a jitterbug smartphone that my dad had. He didn't like it and gave it to me. I factory reset it and now it is trying to go through the initial jitterbug setup. I don't want/need this phone for anything other than a streaming device.
How do I get past the jitterbug setup screen? I just want it to be a little "tablet"

You’ll have to set it up first. You can’t use it if you don’t go beyond the Welcome screen, Select Language and so on.
