I wear skinny jeans a lot and it fits in my pocket with an otterbox commuter.

Pocket with wallet type sideways flip case. Don't carry a purse anymore. .license, credit cards, etc all fit in the slots.

I have no problem sitting down with it. I don't know how you'd do it wearing skinny jeans though.
