How do you change the dock icons at the bottom?

Simple question. Sorry if this has been asked and solved before.

If you hit Applications to go into the app drawer, then you can long-press on the dock icons to drag them off the dock back up into applications; and then you can long-press on the new application you want and drag into the dock.

Also, you can hit Applications > Menu > Edit and it's more clear that you can move dock items around.

Incidentally, TouchWiz seems not to allow you to remove the Applications/Home dock item, but it will let you remove or replace the others.

I installed Adw Launcher Ex before I left Sprint's parking lot. You can have 3 or 5 icons on the dock or no dock at all if you want. Apps are dragged and dropped to the dock like other customers launchers

In the application list, you have to make sure your view type is set to "Customizable Grid" before you can change the app drawer icons. Once you've made the changes you want, you can change the view type back to "Alphabetical grid" or "Alphabetical list" and the changes will stick. I would almost call that a bug.
