How do you clean personal info prior to selling rooted NookColor?

Sadly, I am going to be selling my NookColor. My question to the gallery, how do I clean off my personal information prior to the sale? I would like to leave the Nook rooted and with my installed application however, want to remove my B&N account info. :'(

Its probably best to restore the Book Color to stock ROM and then reroot it. That way it will be clean of all personal info. That's at least what I would do.
