how do you enter a network provided unlock code on a samsung s3 that is non sim card

I have a sprint phone and they gave me the code but the phone does not have 2 slots in the back and my new carrier does not use sims for s3

If your new carrier is CDMA, it's Verizon, or a network operator using Verizon, and they probably won't accept a Sprint phone on the network.

It being a CDMA phone, if the ESN/IMEI is not in Verizon's database, they will not activate it on their network. Only other option to my knowledge, is to go with a Sprint MVNO, that accepts BYOD. But the bad part, it will still be on Sprint's network.
