How do you feel about the Face Detection?

I like it when it works almost instantly. You turn the phone on, look and you are in. This mostly happens at work with the correct light.

Does anyone know how to backup the photo data so i can change roms and not loose all the "improve pictures"?

I don't like it when it scans my face and the "text to speech" says "You're Ugly"...
