How do you find what files you have downloaded to the phone?

Accidentally downloaded file a bit ago and can't find it.

you need something like astro from the market.

yeah, you need to install a file browser (like astro). There are quite a few free ones out there that pretty much do the same thing. I use ES File Explorer, FWIW.

if you downloaded it from the market --
open the market app
hit menu
hit downloads
they are all listed

If you sideloaded it--
hit menu
hit settings
hit applications
manage applications
downloaded tab

It was sideloaded but I don't know the name of it. I don't see anything resembling it on the manage tasklist. Any kind of time search
