How do you get full screen view on Nexus 7?

Say I'm reading news on Android Central and I want to go full screen to get a bigger view of the article. In Windows, you would press F11 to get full screen. How do you get the same result with touch screen on Nexus 7?

The app has to support it. Dolphin Browser has full screen mode, Chrome doesn't, for example.

Try xScope browser. When you scroll down, the tabs and address bar go away. When you swipe back to the top, or swipe down from the very top edge of the page, they reappear. Oh, it also supports Flash :D.

how do i set xscope as my default browser?

Settings>applications>chrome>clear defaults. Next time you click in a link it should ask you which browser to use and you can check the one you want as default
