how do you get out of the software status: official menu

has different color letters and cant find way to get out

Use the volume control on the side of your phone to bump down the options list until the Reboot or Fast Reboot option is highlighted. Press the on/off button to select the reboot menu. Then use the volume control button to toggle down to select the power off option. Then press the on/off button To turn the phone off. On restart it should be okay.

i am tried from this i do lots of custom rom flash and stock rom flash from fastboot oem rebotRUU and stock recovery to
but it dosen't work and when i successfully flashed custom rom it will show fastboot option every time even thought i give
command from twrp to reboot to system then also it shows fastboot option every time plzz help me

Hi I am in a similar problem on my Android HTC phone, my phone is on a white screen and giving me different options that are in coloured text. Would it also be the fastboot option?
The options its showing:

FASTBOOT
RECOVERY
FACTORY RESET
SIMLOCK
CHECK SMARTSD
IMAGE CRC
SHOW BARCODE
