How do you get SIM card out?

I got a warranty replacement and I can't figure it out!

Use the rubber end of an eraser or use some scotch rape

There is a small black pin to the right of the SIM and MicroSD slots. You just have to slide that down and the SIM slides down. The battery must be removed before doing so.

I used my sweaty finger to slide it out.
