How do you get you name on the AOD ?

How do you add you name to the always on display?

Saw a couple videos on YouTube where they had their user name on the AOD with the clock, date & battery status.

I don't remember seeing that option anywhere.

You can put your name, or any other info, in Settings, Lockscreen, Information & Face Widgets.
Not sure about the rest. Would like to know too.

I think that's all that can be changed? How mine is have name there well kind of haha

I've mentioned in my own thread before that I'd prefer not to have the battery % sign showing on my AOD.

Don't like having my attention drawn to it.

I am not sure how @PJRed2008 did it, but one option is to install a weather app of your choice, that has temp notifications, many do, and set the temp notification in the app and it will display on the AOD. I am not sure if there is an easier way on the S8, I have an S7 edge:-( Anyhow, just thought I would let you know of that optionツ

Sorry guys, took the night off

After going through many I'm using National Weather Service Now. It's not real pretty but its consistent, accurate and updates reliably.
